QR Code Link to This Post An artistic, fun-loving, and progressive family of four is seeking a part-time, live-out nanny for 20 hours a week, beginning soon, to last until June, but possibly September, if desired. Their children are 3.5 years and 10 months.. The schedule will be flexible to be set: preferably 12:30-7pm three days a week, but also open to 12:30-4:30 M-F, whichever works best for the right candidate.
The ideal nanny is someone who is loving, aware, and educationally minded - talkative, bubbly, and cheery is a huge plus! Nanny will be responsible for care related to children including laundry, meal preparation, taking to and organizing activities and playdates, and help with light tidying while the children are napping. Nanny MUST... be legal to work in the USA for at least one year, be able to climb stairs and lift up to 35 lbs., be able to follow food allergy instructions, Pass a criminal, state, and county background check with employment and degree verification, hold a valid CPR/First Aid certification or will renew, have three professional references in childcare, have 2 years of recent experience working with toddlers and up , have a warm and calm disposition, able to take the reins with confidence, but step back when need be, be conversational, engaging, and safety-minded (baby learning to walk!), be cooperative and work together as a team, and give and receive new ideas and approaches, have impeccable communication skills, and understand the unique relationship of private care in someone's home. Special consideration given to those candidates who could work full time in the month of March, has experience cooking meals and can help with meal planning.
